Morning Walk and Its Importance

Morning walk plays an important role in a healthy life. It is well known quote “Early to bed and early rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. We all know we should exercise. We also recognize rumination and communing with nature as part of a healthy way of life. If you will include a morning walk into your daily schedule then you will find it a really valuable activity. Walking is cheap and easy way to get a healthy life. I’ll suggest that don't go to a gym especially early in the morning. Only walk is enough for fitness and healthy living but it should be done in early in the morning because early morning has fresh air and fulfilled with oxygen. Morning walk is better if it will be in a garden or in a green area. Walking is an activity everyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can participate in.

I believe that's my own personal view about morning walk. I know plenty of people who run and find it a fulfilling, challenging, and practically addictive way to exercise. But I also see and listen about those individuals who have continued injuries due to the harsh effects of running. A recent research by Norwegian researchers suggests that long walks are just as beneficial to our health as shorter, high-intensity runs.  Many Americans are facing biggest problem due to for many hours at a time, something that can contribute to all types of health problems. I don't walk for hours in the daily morning walk, but I figure the time I do spend each morning walking (25 to 35 minutes) is doing more good than lying in bed.
There is not doubt that Walking is good "me" time. I generally walk alone, as it gives me time to plan my daily schedule or, alternatively, to zone out and clear my head. And I can go at my own pace. You really don't have to focus on your steps while you walk, so you're free to let your mind wander. One great thing about walking in the morning is that you rarely encounter many people. There are few distractions and other voices clouding your head. If you're reading this while a blizzard rages outside your window, perhaps a morning walk isn't ideal. In fact, during our hot months, it's not relaxed to walk at any other time than in the early morning. I enjoy seeing the world from a different perspective as the sun comes up: the air is crispy, the colors are soft, and the streets are quiet. Sometimes I encounter wildlife on my walks through my suburban neighborhood, such as rabbits, bats, doves, owls, and fairies.

Similarly, some activities early in the morning can more shine our day such as drink coffee, water the plants, reading. Morning walk plays many useful roles in a whole day. It provides strong thinking and done power and reduce the weak thinking. Your fitness and activeness due to morning walk gives you chance for promote your professional lifestyle and can cause of your professional success. I like to do at night, before going to sleep, ending the day with a little yoga, reading, or TV before turning out the lights. I used to begin the day with yoga, as well, but I've found that a walk is more energizing and creates more diversity in my daily schedule.

Morning walk is not a rocket science, and it's not tough. The hardest part of a morning walk, of course, is simply choosing to give up a little morning sleep. But if you decide to start your day with a brisk stroll, you'll no doubt get hooked on the effects: a clearer mind, a more energetic body, and shapely legs to boot. And if you happen to see one of those elusive fairies, give them my regards.
